Refund Policy

1. Pricing Structure

  • Test Ride: $1 for 3 full-quality PNGs (no watermark, no risk, covers our API cost).
  • Starter: $8 for 80 credits (up to 40 PNGs or 40 stickers )
  • Pro: $24 for 300 credits (up to 150 PNGs or 150 stickers )
  • Credits are deducted per use (2–3 credits per generation, depending on feature).
  • Pricing plans are clearly displayed on our Pricing Page and during checkout.

2. Refunds

  • Test Ride: The $1 Test Ride plan is intended as a low-cost, no-risk way to try CtrlCut. Because it covers our real API cost and delivers full-quality PNGs instantly, it is non-refundable once used. If you experience a technical issue and do not receive your PNGs, please contact support for resolution.
  • Digital Goods: All credit purchases are final. Because credits are a digital good and are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for used credits.
  • Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits but have not used any, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@ctrlcut.com with your account details and payment reference.
  • Failed Generations: If a technical error prevents you from receiving your generated image and credits were deducted, please contact support. We will either restore your credits or provide a refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us for a prompt resolution.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@ctrlcut.com with your account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
  • We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve any issues directly.
