All AI-generated outputs are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. However, you retain copyright only for your original uploads. CtrlCut retains rights to the platform, code, and branding. Do not resell or redistribute the service itself.

All payments are one-time and non-recurring. You receive credits for use on the platform. If you are not satisfied, CtrlCut offers a 30-day money-back guarantee—contact support for a refund. No refunds are given for misuse or violation of these terms.

Do not use CtrlCut to generate or share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

CtrlCut uses AI models and third-party APIs (such as Supabase and OpenAI). Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be error-free. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI or for outages in third-party services.

CtrlCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

CtrlCut may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
